The knives and forks had dried up food on them, the french fries were HARD, it felt as though we were eating coals. The food was extremly cold as though it was still frozen and it was soggy!. The service was awful!
LOVE the food here! I have been many times and have ordered at least half of everything on the menu. Appetizers are AMAZING! The restaurants are gorgeous on the inside (I have been to 4 locations - all are great) The bar area is louder than the dining area. All servers are good looking. This is more directed towards younger people in my opinion, not so much families (but they do have a kids menu). Steaks and burgers and sandwiches and pizzas are great too.
This place is very small and VERY loud. The service was decent but the waitresses were very inappropriately dressed for a family restaurant. The food was pretty bad although the waiter went out of his way to bring me a salad I liked. The prawns were lacking taste and the steak that came with the salad was cooked medium rare and nobody bothered to ask if we liked it that way. We won't go there again.

My first time here, was recommended by a friend. Atomsphere was very inviting, the server was friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. They had a great twist on a mojito they were serving.
