Very bad experience with Slopeside Mechanical guys! They were absolutely unprofessional, unfair, very expensive and totally useless! STAY AWAY!! Sent by my strata council, they came one day for a water leak in my apartment. They just cut a hole in the ceiling and asked me to monitor the situation for one week. They assumed 2 root causes (both proved to be wrong). Without repairing anything, they charged for 2 days of work! I called another company who correctly investigated and fixed the issue.

Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). They also fixed a number of plumbing related issues around our house. I am always confident he will do a good job and not over charge us.

Tristan is excellent. I would highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing and heating work.

Had him do my furnace maintenance and some other plumbing work around the house. Did a great job, very efficient, clean and did the work with a smile! he is now my go to plumber!
