Very bad experience with Slopeside Mechanical guys! They were absolutely unprofessional, unfair, very expensive and totally useless! STAY AWAY!!
Sent by my strata council, they came one day for a water leak in my apartment. They just cut a hole in the ceiling and asked me to monitor the situation for one week. They assumed 2 root causes (both proved to be wrong). Without repairing anything, they charged for 2 days of work! I called another company who correctly investigated and fixed the issue.
Tristan and his team are the best. They are honest and knowledgeable. I will not use anyone else and would highly recommend Slopeside Mechanical. We have been very happy with the service and the price. We have used Tristan and co to service our Rinai tankless hot water heater (it is not the greatest, but Tristan keeps it running well). They also fixed a number of plumbing related issues around our house. I am always confident he will do a good job and not over charge us.

We had a problem with our Navien boiler this past week and had issues getting other companies to do sane day service. Their technician showed up the same day we called North on time, was very polite and clean. He also removed his shoes before entering, which we really appreciated. The technician had the problem solved and fixed within the hour. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Any plumbing or heating work I highly recommend North Plumbing and Heating. For ages I had been trying to get a guy out to look at our furnace to see if I could install a summer switch on the fan (circulate cool air in the summer) but no one ever returned my call or it didn't seem worth their time.
Tristan responded right away and was at my place within the week at a time that suited me. He had my fan wired in for summer use in no time and while some guys had quoted me a ridiculous amount of money just to come out, Tristan was very fair with his price.
We have some Reno projects coming up in the next year and I plan on using North Plumbing for all of it.
