1st time to Chop for a girls night out! We had the best time ever and the food was fabulous! Our server Taylor was so amazing and went above and beyond with all our requests and there were quite a few for sure! She had a lot of patience and made sure we got everything we needed. We were there for 4 hours and it was the perfect night! The whole experience was so much fun-we’ve decided that we are Keg converts! We will be back! Attended on Friday, Oct 26/18 with reservations, specifically indicating Birthday Celebration for daughters birthday. I again mentioned birthday when arriving. They didnt do anything for birthday. Mentioned again to server (girl) that it was daughters birthday, so she said okay gets free ice cream. No one did anything else...no birthday wishes or song!! They don't leave you enough room to tell ur story. Bottom line, I had a complaint. The manager dealt with it in an exemplary fashion, and then, continued to go above and beyond. I had the rack of Lamb. It was cooked perfectly and tasted delicious. There are limited options in this neck of the woods. It's a bit pricier than the average place around here.
