I haven't had my dog fully groomed with Cate, but I regularly bring my wiggly, fidgety and slightly toothy dog for nail trims and appreciate that she always finds time to fit us in, and does a job I can't do and does it well. It's so easy to leave a bad review and people do t leave positive feedback as often but I want to share that Cate has always been polite and patient with my dog, and I can recommend her.

Our dog Brewster a 6 year old Labradoodle medium size dog loves to be groomed, and his first time there in the fall of 2017, he came home so excited and walking around saying I feel so good looking. Thank staff at your shop for making me feel comfortable there, clean and good looking again. I would highly recommend you take your large dogs to them. No complaints at all. I moved to campbell river just over 2 years ago. I tried a few groomers in town and was very unimpressed with either the quality of work or the customer service. I tried A1 pet salon and am happy I did. My fur babes have grown to love their visits with Sarah. Fantastic grooming practices, very clean and quiet atmosphere. this is a very fine little shop that I hope does well. The living room atmosphere that the dogs play in is a nice change from what most other grooming shops offer, and our dog enjoyed the one on one time with his hosts. The fenced outside run area will be great this Summer ! The clip was just what we ordered, and the prices are very reasonable. I was also pleased to find paved parking right outside the shop. 5 stars !
