Anyone who has run/ worked in a restaurant in its beginning stages 5weeks-12 weeks, understands how hard it is to work all the kinks out, and if they have ever worked in a restaurant in Collingwood, how hard it is to actually find good staff. FYI none of the staff present when the restaurant first opened work there anymore. I meet friends here every Friday; best food in collingwood hands down with the most reasonable prices. Yes there are other places to get fish and chips; if you a) want to pay $20 for a piece of batter, not fish, or b) want to risk food poisoning from a take out restaurant where cleanliness doesn't really seem to matter (the restaurant and staff). I came on good friday april 19,2019. I had the new orleans salmon with baked potato with butter and sour cream and rice. Was absolutely amazing taste and cooked perfect. It came with diced tomatoes and cilatro with some shrimp in like a cajun butter sauce. With those delicious biscuits they famous for and i even had a side ceasar salad.
