Got an email saying my parcel is on the truck out for deliveryin St John's NL. A couple hrs later another email saying delivery is delayed because of the ferry! I live in Holyrood no ferry between here and St John's straight highway! Can't contact anyone about it, worst service ever!

Im nervous about my package being delivered by these people, I dont want it left at my door like it was last time. The chat online system is a joke, its obviously a robot youre talking to instead of a real person.also, what is the point in having a tracking # when it just stays in the same spot?
Awful hours for working people. Only make one pass to try delivery and then you have to visit their facility. It isn’t open on any storm days and no way to call and check. Poor customer service all the way. I would avoid them whenever possible. Packages don’t arrive on time except in rarest of occasions.
I paid $60 extra to have next day delivery, I live a five minute drive from the sorting facility in St Johns, I have been informed I will not be able to get my package until tomorrow (Tuesday) This is unsatisfactory in every possible sense. I paid for a service that was denied me and I have no recourse to fix it. I will do everything I can to not use purolator in the future.
