The Floor Show

Used these people when they were woodridge. A nightmare! They could not get their act together even a little bit. We had ordered hardwood for 2 homes. Well, wrong color, wrong tree, glad I get my sample. We cancelled the 2nd home. The installer team, husband and wife were great, but they could only install what they had when they had it. Bought a condo a couple of years later and guess who did the floors? Bouncing hardwood, transitions in wrong places. Would never recommend them!!!!!

New Flooring

We were referred to Wood Ridge by friends of ours who had their new home done by them. Lots of choices were available and they had design service that helped us every step along the way. The final product really looks amazing and overall it was a pleasure. They even worked with our counter top company to schedule the final installation of the backsplash. The only thing we would do differently next time is book earlier as they were backed up with other customers. They told us 6-8 weeks from the date of order and it ended up being 10 weeks when they started. They did keep us informed as we waited. "Great job Guys!" We will be back to finish our basement next spring!

Very Pleased but we did have to wait an extra week

My husband and I saw their ad in Finelifestyles Magazine. We had chosen flooring elsewhere and stopped in just to see what Woodridge had. We actually got better materials from brand names for about the same price as we were quoted elsewhere. We chose Mirage hardwood and Travertini tile. Install was delayed for about a week as they said they were busy catching up on a few other new housing projects but it was worth the wait. Husband and wife team did the wood install (very pleased!) and two tile installers looked after our kitchen and custom shower / ensuite. They were clean, professional and would get a "5 Star" if they didn't have the delay but at least they called to let my husband know. We will definatley have them back for future projects. WOODRIDGE = 100% STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE

First off, I find the Client2 review pretty timely as it was posted shortly after I voiced my extreme displeasure with the single incompetent installer who butchered our entire floor, tile, hardwood and carpet. We are going on 5 months of nothing but a stressful experience and are still waiting. Don't waste your money, they take 90% before install for a reason. The owner makes you feel as if you're in the wrong when you seek answers for the loss of your investment. Hoping this will save atleast one family the stress we have been through. Shop the reputible flooring companies and ask tons of questions. We walked into Woodridge and fell for a good sales pitch, didn't do any other shopping, and we are still paying for it. I wish I could show you all of the over 100 pictures.
