9 pm on a wed still waiting for them to come since last night. We cleaned a little and moved the cars out at 12 noon. Called 4 times and left msgs. Nobody showed up. Thank god we didn't have so much snow this year but even those few times too they came only when we complained by calling them.

Still have not shown up to clear our driveway, their competition has been to our neighbors twice already. No one answers their phone, you get either a busy signal or a message saying "their agents are all busy" Their GPS tractor location service doesn't work either.
