The wait times are too long, even after a month seeing your doctor and x-ray done, nobody calls you with either an appointment or referral. waiting on the phone for too long of time to get an answer. and no answer it is.

Went online to book an appointment with my own doctor (?) , never received a call back. Tried to call for apt. never got through. Disturbing Nat M.

I had reserved a time for an ultrasound on my shoulder, and the service here was excellent. The procedure was done on time and the results were sent to my family doctor within 2 days. This clinic is well organized ,follows proper procedures and all the staff were friendly & efficient.

Please don’t go here. They emailed me with an appointment time only for me to find out when I get there that a doctor will be calling me. After waiting two hours for X-rays to be done, the Dr calls me to say that she checked off the wrong box! They deserve to go bankrupt.

Q,ARRIVE-T-IL AU NIVEAU DE LA RÉCEPTION POUR RETOUR DAPPEL POUR PRISE DE RENDEZ-VOUS. DEPUIS QUELQUES MOIS, JAI DE LA DIFFICULTÉ À VOIR DR FATIMA HACHACHENA. JE LAISSE UN MESSAGE VOCALE À LA RÉCEPTIONNISTE SANS JAMAIS AVOIR DE RETOUR DAPPEL. DEPUIS FIN SEPTEMBRE JAI LAISSÉ 5 MESSAGES POUR PRISE DE RENDEZ-VOUS DANS LA SEMAINE DU 21 OCTOBRE....AUCUN APPEL DE RETOUR...VRAIMENT DÉÇUE....SERVICE TRÈS MÉDIOCRE. MERCI.
