My neighbours have different companies and have been cleared 4 times since the storm started 26 hours ago. They didn't show up even once starting from yesterday. When I called them, each time they claim to show up as soon as possible, and keep saying they had already done some times during the night. I'm not a fool, I can tell if they really came or not. It's understandable if they are late due to the big storm, but don't trying to fool your customers. When I pointed out that it might be possible they missed the polls marked with their company name, the woman said "thank you" rudely and hang up.
