    Terrible customer service

    Buyer beware! Their store indicates that they have a two-week return policy, yet they won't accept any shoes that have been worn at all. I bought boots from BMA and left the store. As soon as I did so, the boots were no longer returnable - despite the fact that walking only a quarter of a mile in them cut into my skin. I would avoid this seller at all costs!

    Can't I give this company 0 stars? On October 1st, 2013, in the early afternoon, I was browsing Bleu Marine & Co. Accessoires in the Eaton Centre in Montreal for a new pair of shoes. Definitely looking to buy. The associate working was wearing a most unprofessional midriff exposing top, and her attitude was equally as unprofessional. When I entered the store, she was having a personal conversation on the telephone, and when I asked for a size she snapped at me "Yes, I'll get it in a minute!" She acted as though I was burdening her simply by being in the store. She did not once smile or greet me prior to my asking for assistance. After having such a troubling experience I quickly rushed out. I can't believe how awful the service was. Just terrible!
