I’ve been going to Rosette for at least 25 years, almost always have been satisfied,and when I wasn’t Francine the owner always did what she could to rectify the situation. Wonderful service. Beautiful flowers

I went into the store a sympathy flower arrangement to be sent to Laval. I asked for 200$ in flowers plus tax and delivery, for a total of about 250$ give or take. I specifically asked for not just white flowers. The arrangement delivered looks like 80$ in flowers. Not to say it wasn;t nice, just not at all what I was expecting and a complete rip-off. Very disappointed.

Horrible service! I ordered for a funeral a Deluxe service which include roses, they sent the standard service with no roses in a ugly plastic basket. I called to inform about the mistake. They owner was very rude, didnt apologize. They said they dont have deluxe service. I asked to check their product and pictures on their website and I said to check the bill and the price I paid showing deluxe. The lady very rude said ok I ll send you the roses. They sent 6 very small, old and ugly roses.

I wasn't happy with the flowers I purchased from this florist with what I paid. They definitely didn't look as good as the flowers in the website stock photo, the stock photo had considerably more of the taller purple stems than the ones delivered and the delivered arrangement didn't look particularly purple, which was the reason I bought them, it was completely different colours. Took company 10 days to reply and then argued with me.

Rosette Fleuriste is excellent. My wife was in the hospital on July 1st (Public Holiday) for chemotherapy. I wanted to send her flowers so badly to cheer her up. I could not find one flower shop which would deliver on a holiday. They all delivered the day after, July 2nd. Rosette Fleuriste wss actually opened on July 1st. They took my order and within a few hours my wife received the beautiful flowers and her day was made. She was so happy and encouraged. Rosette Fleuriste has a nice selection of flowers and their rates are excellent. Thank you so very much Rosette Fleuriste. You will remain my number one place for buying flowers in the future. I recommend Rosette Fleuriste highly.
