Absolutely disgusted with the poor service. Waited all day(they decided the delivery date of November 30) for a parcel that was supposed to be delivered November 14. Now they are unable to locate the package. And I am still supposed to pay the COD. When I call the 1-800 number all they do is place a email into the system for the depot... this system is so wrong.

I have ordered something online and the package was stuck in Lachine. I called them every day, and eventually they told me I have to call the shipper for the shipper to open an investigation. Terrible terrible terrible... If I could I would give them a -100.

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I caught the delivery person leaving my parcel on the stairs in front of my house, letting it roll down. After confronting him, it seemed like it was ok for him. I told him that it was a computer inside, and his response was that it was packaged ok. No remorse.

J'ai attendu 12 heures a la maison pour recevoir mon colis et je ne l'ai jamais reçu a la date comme il étais indiqué et quand j'ai été sur le site de UPS vers 20h50 il indique comme quoi que le colis est revenu a la destination de Lachine ou il y a leurs centre de distribution, le service n'est pas terrible.
