J'ai commandé en ligne des produits chez La Boite à Grains malheureusement un des flacon avait le bouchon qui était brisé. Je les ai informés du fait par courriel mais je n'ai reçu aucune réponse, pas même des excuses.
Je trouve que c'est un manque de respect envers les clients.
Jamais plus je n'achèterais quoi que ce soit chez La Boite à Grains.
