I've been going to ILKB for over a month now. I have to say that when I'm there, is the best part of my day! If there's a day I can't go because of work or personal issues, I count the hours until the next possible class.
What can I say about the instructors? THE BEST! they make me feel happy, motivated, and willing to try new things in life. A plus? they even give nutrition tips every class ;)
The place is also very clean and well maintained. It always has parking spaces available.
