Perfect temp installed our Furnace/AC in 2014 with a 10yr warranty. Trick is getting this company back out to care of their existing customers. Have tried calling, texting, emailing continuously. Have left numerous VM's. NO RESPONSE, NONE. If you're looking for a new Furnace/AC installation go with a company who will actually respond to you as a customer. Warranty is no good unless company is willing to respond. DON'T USE PERFECT TEMP MECHANICAL
