What an amazing company to deal with. Nothing is too much trouble for them as they went out of their way to repair our shades not even purchased there. Mark the manager, Crystal sales associate, Glen installer could not have been more.helpful and friendly. Our next major blind/shade purchase will definitely be there. THANK YOU ALL!

We had an issue with five blinds that were custom made by another supplier almost 20 years ago. They required new stringing and hardware and Mark and his team were the only local supplier willing and able to repair another companies product. They did a fabulous job at a great price they look brand new. We look forward to working with Better Blinds and Drapery both on new projects or repairs of our existing draperies in the future. Peter

Excellent customer service. Had Bedroom light darkening shades repaired quickly! Brought in on Thursday and they were repaired on the Saturday. They replaced the pull strings and they now work like new! Only place I called that actually repair blinds. Very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

After 2 years of looking for some drapery hardware I walked in to this lovely place of business and immediately Mark knew what I needed. Everyone here was so friendly! My home is in the Yukon. If I could afford to fly these people up I would.? Lovely show room. I recommend you drop in for a peek.
