Awful. The chicken in the chow mein tastes like road kill. The rest was just warmed up celery. Never again

I just ordered from kam yin for the first time tonight. Solely because I was lazy, it’s NYE and I did not want to drive cuz it was cold! lol I was very surprised how good the food is, had the dinner for 4(a) Not salty, the chicken balls where pretty much all chicken!!!!! The veg was crispy and cooked well! Only thing greasy( a lil was the wontons) but everything was way better than expected! If it was this good on NYE, I’ll Definitely be eating there again!!!!

Taste is bland, soup was thin and more sour than hot and sour. Portions were small. No bang for your buck, not going to visit again.

I will never order from here again

As a student I am fairly picky about where and when I spend my money. I was really in the mood for chinese and this entire experience has completely turned me off of chinese food for the time being. They charge an additional TEN dollars for delivery, which is fine if the food is delivered in a timely manner. I waited for over TWO HOURS for my food. The sweet and sour pork is extremely greasy. It tastes as though it was submerged in a deep fryer and you can taste the grease. I have tried the sweet and sour pork at other chinese restaurants as it is one of my favourites so I am confident in saying this is not the best one I have tried. The batter is really too crispy on some pieces making it inedible and there are white pieces of fat hanging off other pieces.. Honestly, I do not mind the rice although it is greasy. It taste decent and they did include several forks, knives, spoons, and extra soy sauces. The sweet and hot soup was good, I enjoyed it. As a customer when I am being charged ten dollars for delivery I expect you to take pride in being on time and for you to mapquest directions. The delivery man called me frantically twice asking me where I was located after I had given my address probably ten times and directions. I expect you to research directions and act professionally, it is a business. I am sure eating inside of the restaurant is an entirely different experience as you will not be faced with the wait time I was, which is my main complaint. But I will definitely not order take out from here again. If you are planning on ordering take out order early! I solely made an account so no one else has to share my experience. Please note my "atmosphere" rating is not applicable because I called in to order take out so I have no idea what the place looks/feels like.
