The worst service followed by the worst pizza. Just when you think you are going to have a great night, kick back watch some TV and enjoy a pizza. No not the case, welcome to Gino's Waterloo where getting your order wrong and telling you it's your fault is the way of great customer service. Placed an order for the three topping special got a pizza with two toppings. Call the store and the immediate reaction of the guy on the phone? This is a quotation, "we do not put pepperoni on our pizzas"

I have been going to this pizza store, since it opened. I really love the way they treat their customers and the food is amazing. I have never had any problems with this place either it's delivery or pick up. I recommend it to everyone. BEST in Town..
