Unlike other reviewers' experience, the service we received was exemplary - friendly, attentive and fast. Food showed imagination, especially the crab croquettes with a spicy sauce surround them. Ingredient quality was beyond reproach and everything was cooked to the degree as ordered them, no overcooking here at all. Definitely going back there again this year.
Food is awesome. Service is appalling. They forgot our entrees twice! After waiting 30 min for them we asked politely about them and our server said, "didn't you get them? oh they're coming soon then". 15 more minutes pass.... we ask again and our server replies "Oh I thought I gave them to you already?" No apology or anything of the sort. Do they have take-out?
Really great food. Awful Service: slow and rude. But I keep going back for more abuse. The soups alone are worth being snubbed and ignored.
This is one of the best Latin restaurants in Ontario. If you really want to enjoy good food go to Boulevard Cafe

If you are looking for healthy, yet not boring options, The Boulevard Cafe has got it all: - Picky eaters will fall for Fettucine Con Mantequilla ($8) - fresh pasta with butter and parmesan. - Grilled Cheese ($6.95) gets an upgrade thanks to three-grain bread and a side salad. - And chicken is so much more fun on a skewer so opt for Anticuchos de Pollo ($10.95) with either fries or rice. - For veggie lovers, Palitos de Verduras ($5.95) features carrot, cucumber and celery sticks served with a sour cream dip. Who says eating healthy has to be boring?
