    Excellent product order 2 more for friends and family. Not sure what the other squabble below is-They have a Lifetime Guarantee so what if you have to pay for shipping. Nothing wrong here. Keep making this magical Bands, wish you had more colour selection.

    Very good product fits well and was easy to set up on the custom cut to size adjustment. Creates a lot of attention as many people comment on it how nice it looks. Used to wear the old style medical alert ID but this is much nicer and quite fashionable. Shipping took a little longer as we live over seas but shipping was free so I guess one has to expect to wait a little longer. Highly recommended to anyone that need a nice Medical or Sport Bracelet.

    I bought one of these but it was defective. They required I pay to return it for replacement. Unfair? Yes, so be prepared to pay without reimbursement. I bought one from them a few years ago & it was better quality. Owners need some training in customer service since the email correspondence was definitely lacking.

    Dear Jim, Thank you for your comments and feedback. All emails are normally returned within hours if not same or next day. As for shipping this is your responsibility. We had a defective computer from Apple last season and we were required to send it back at our expense and at no time we were we reimbursed. We shipped your bracelet for FREE upon ordering. Our Guarantee is clearly outlined on our site.

    INCREDIBLE MEDICAL ID BRACELETS

    We looked all over the net and found SportsTagid to be not only customer friendly but that they supplied an incredible product. We first bought one for a family member but soon returned to buy them for several other friends too. These bracelets are worn for road ID cycling and a variety of other sports. There website has more info which we found online sportstagid.com incase anyone else is looking for ID bracelets or medical alert bracelets. Thank you for the great service and fine product.
