Automoves Car Shipping

Automoves shipped two vehicles for me between Toronto and Edmonton, one in each direction, door to door. The communication with the sales and the pricing was good. Communications with the operations was generally good to fair. No online tracking which was disappointing. Transit time was acceptable and vehicles arrived in good condition. If tracking was available would have given them a 5 star rating. Have shipped many cars and would say their service is good value.

We moved 2 vehicles for this company and only got paid for one. It has been 197 days and we don't get any call back or response from emails. Not a company you want to deal with that keeps the money for themselves.

Suppose to be at 7 am to deliver the car agreement by phone for the hour the night before. More than 3 hours later no see no news try to call text but no answer back.

Had my Mercedes GTS delivered from Mercedes Downtown Calgary to Toronto earlier this October. Mark explained all the details and arranged a pick up in 3 days. Their enclosed service cost was $400.00 less than competition and the delivery time was exactly one week. Lady at their Queensway Toronto location was very professional and accommodated after hours delivery to my condo. Very happy with service and value provided.

We shipped 2 vehicles with this company, the first one arrived at destination 3 weeks late after multiple phone calls and promises of next day delivery. the vehicle had $2750.00 in damage after we received it in Europe. The second vehicle was already on route at that time. this particular vehicle completely disappeared from the planet and is yet to be found. This company will have some explaining to do when we visit them in January 2018. Sergey.
