ust called to book two deluxe spa pedicures and at first the conversation went smoothly. I was speaking with a staff member whom I could barely hear. He told me that they had two appointments availble for the day that we wanted so I agreed to book them. He then realized that they didn't have two staff that could do them at the same time so we would have to have them done one after the other. I asked very politely if there were multiple staff members on later that day that could do them simultaneously and he very rudely stated that there were obviously multiple staff on throughout the day but that they were booked. The tone in which he spoke to me caught me completely off guard and was so rude that I simply told him that I did not appreciate being treated this way and that we would go elsewhere. He did not respond to that so I hung up.
Frankly, I don't care how great their services are. I refuse to patronize a business that allows their staff to talk to customers this way.
SO DISAPPOINTING!
