This company has been completely unresponsive to my daughter's concerns. The heat is 14-17 degrees. They say "it looks good" and there's nothing else they can do. She is freezing! There was an issue with plumbing. A technician came, removed the shower head, said it needed a different kind, but it has been over a week with no shower! The person in the unit below is smoking crack. Fumes come up through the vents. She's been to emerg twice thinking she was sick - but she was HIGH! Disgraceful!!!
I have been a landlord with RSPM. While property management is not an easy job, they have been very transparent and efficient in handling my property. There are many types of tenants, mostly good but not all have good intentions and RSPM has helped me deal with customers of all kind. They have a good screening process as well.
Looking to utilize property management for some local properties and am appalled by the lack of tact and what they call professionalism in dealing with tenants and reviewers. They come across pretentious and defensive towards anyone critical of their operations and blame non payment as the reason. Reality is not only are the property owners clients but so are the tenants. One wonders if its RSPM screening these so called bad and dishonest tenants.
I would never rent under this company and I actively let the people I know and care about know this as well. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with landlords. Absolutely unprofessionally, no regard for tenants what so ever, a total disgrace. This is where I live, this is my home. Show some compassion! I pay my bills, on time, every time, I’m a quiet tenant that keeps a clean apartment and takes care of my belongings. If you aren’t good people, you shouldn’t be what we have to rely on.
I am a landlord, utilizing RSPMs services for 3 years. Rentals are not an easy business, most tenants are great and pay on time, but some bad apples will vacate an entire building with their stupidities. RSPM has been very professional and has treated every one of my tenants very fairly, even if it means evicting them if necessary. They keep you informed, advise you of required repairs, and collect rents on time. If you take care of your building, your tenants will be well taken care of by RSPM.
