Waited over 2 hours for the doctor to see my dog. Literally every single time I come here I NEVER get in on time- ever. Very frustrating. Im finding a new vet.
The Dr I saw Barbara I think was her name ?at the Stoney Creek location she amazing as well as the technician at putting my dog at ease. He gets very anxious.
Also greeted very nicely at the front desk.
The Stoney Creek location has been a great help to me and my furbabies since it opened. Before that I faithfully went to your Brantford location Sometimes there is a little wait time, but always worth it... I personally have NEVER had an issue with Beattie. You've helped my babies live life to the fullest and when they needed the help, you so respectfully helped my babies to rest. I would be so lost and stressed if it wasn't for you. Great service, made a call to the office at 5:30am , appointment at 6am and home by 6:30! Very thorough advice and treatment plan. I’ve taken my pets to other vets in Stoney Creek, and never experienced the availability and quality that Beattie is providing.
THIS IS A VERY FRIENDLY PLACE I HAVE HAD TO HAVE ONE PET PUT DOWN AND HAVE HAD THE SECOND ONE TAKEN CARE OF FOR THE LAST FOUR YEARS. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CARING WHEN WE PUT DOWN OUR FIRST CAT. THE PRICE WAS A LOT LESS THAN MOST OTHER VETS WE CALLED. WE WILL ALWAYS GO TO BEATTIE'S
