Purchased 4 signs 12x’12(35.03$). I received the signs + bill. Shipping costs 44.47$. Steep considering the size of the order. The items were shipped with next day delivery. I was told that I should have asked for a shipping quote. A reasonable person would have advised their client that shipping costs would outweigh the actual cost of the product. I asked for shipping bill + supervisor’s name, they didn’t provide either. Product is average, customer service is bad, get a shipping quote.
Hello this is not indicative of our day to day business We are only charging what the shippers charge us. At times we don't know that the customer is concerned about the price. We will ask next time if the customer is concerned about the shipping costs. Many of our clients order large quantity and the minimal charge for shipping is put over many signs
