Great customer service and friendly. They will always try to work with you..thats why they are always crazy busy..because they are awesome. Last year I bought a bike and this year I traded up and bought another bike. Every time I go in it is a pleasurable experience!
the service there is awful. i wanted a step through bike, they would only show me and allow me to sit on a 17” hybrid. i can’t touch the ground at all. i took it for a tune up and i doubt they did anything. there was a proper sized hybrid there that i preferred. they wouldn’t even let me sit on it. now i’m stuck with a bike that i’m deathly afraid of. it’s upsetting to be refused of your dream bike and forced to purchase a bike that is 2 yes 2 sizes too big. will never be stepping into that shop

If we in fact sold you a bike that is 2 sizes too big, we would gladly refund your money or exchange it for the proper size. We are not a commission based business and we do not pressure people into buying anything they don't want or that isn't right for them, let alone "force" them.
