    bad business ethics

    If you're looking for a positive customer device experience, I would recommend to go elsewhere. Not only is the service below average, the number one reason would be the poor attitude this business displays.

    Very sloppy detailing - overpriced

    Don't waste a penny on these guys. First of all, the website indicates "car wash of your choice" under the Express Hand Wax service. However when I ot there I was told the wash was not included and it would be another $29. I should have driven away, but I went ahead with the waxing and Interior Super Clean services. I left with a charge of $150, the 4 wheels were still filthy, the dash was full of streaks and overspray, and I watched the guy waxing the car. He put one tablespoon of wax on a white buffing material that was motorized. That one tablespoon was used to wax the entire car. He never once put any more on. There's no way such a small amount would be sufficient for an Accord. When I got home I noticed there was still dirt on the floor of my car even though it was vacuumed. I spent an hour of my time properly cleaning the dash, vacuuming the floors, cleaning the wheels, and areas of the windows that were missed. I would never go back there again. My idea of cleaning would have been a job where I would not see obvious dirt in areas that were clearly visible and noticeable. Save your $150 and treat yourself to an excellent massage somewhere. This company is being dishonest to people.
