B & M Collision Zone

I asked for a high speed polish after getting some scratches that went deeper than the clear coat on my hood. I was not impressed, all the polishing they did came off after a day, and they charged $150. I have asked the owner, Mike, to fix it and he said "I can't make a miracle out of a mess". Thank goodness I only paid them 150. On top of that, they parked my car under a tree where birds pooed on it, like really guys? Really? I will not be coming here again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I have had my car fix at B&N and they did a very good job only problem was some parts on my car wasn't available so it took them a week longer to fix my car over all good job :)

If I could give this "business" a zero star I would. Crappy CRAPPY SERVICE. If they try to tow your car I suggest that you call someone else immediately. EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL unless you call waiting at an office for a full workday "a fun time". After waiting there a full day will lock you out of their office and tell you their boss will call. Then when "the boss" does call he uses a private number and tells you to pay him 1500$?? What kind of SKETCH BUSINESS are you running???

Worst customer service ever

I highly recommend this body shop. Amazing customer service excellence from beginning to end. Very informative and professional! The south west tow truck driver took really good care of me. He made sure I was ok, safe and reassured me that I was in good hands. I have been in a few accidents in the past and I must say that this was the best overall experience I highly recommend this body shop and the south west tow truck driver !!!! He's also very nice to look at ......

Our car was fixed...

Our car was fixed after my daughter was rear ended by a big cargo van. I was very happy to see my rather dirty carpet and floor mats were spiffy clean and they polished out a few nasty scratches on my drivers door that my husband tried to touch up with a do it yourself scratch remover kit from Partsource with minimal improvement. Staff is friendly and helpful allowing us to visit the work area halfway through the repair to ensure us all the parts were from Audi. I will recommend to friends and family.

By far the most exceptional auto body shop I have ever been to. They are professional and the body work on my import vehicles was like the accident never happened. They cleaned my car inside out spotless. I have recommended all my family and friends to them who are now satisfied customers like me. If you want a perfect job done, this is the shop to be at. Maria their front desk girl is a delight. She takes care of you with care and kindness. A group of fantastic staff.
