Owner Nada is completely rude, she has no idea to treat a customer. I was looking for a new salon to go to and I will never go back there because of how rude the owner is. Too bad, there are some really nice people working there. Nada clearly doesn’t need your business. Don’t go there.
Great and professional services. Most importantly, the management is firm and strict on excellent standards of practice. The salon is very well maintained also. Thank you ladies for all your services, going through my 11th session of laser and I can trust them that it will go well.

The owner is rude and abrasive. Unfortunately, she is so awful it takes away from the good technicians.
It's a shame the owner is so terrible the employees are quite nice. I have never been so disrespected by a "professional" business owner. They are busy only because of how cheap their prices are on Groupon otherwise they wouldn't survive. The owner has yelled at me and kicked me out of the store and if you leave a bad review SHE WILL CALL YOU AND YELL AT YOU guaranteed 100% you can even test it out. I am warning you, do NOT go to this place this is such a disgusting business it should be closed
The owner is the worst one in the world. Dissed a customer for twenty minutes who just wanted to bring her own nail polish. Even didn't let her finish one sentence. Yelled :" I don't care your business . Use it at home. Go to Chinese place....."Soooo rude !
Staff and owner does not have professional ethics.I do not recommend any one go to this laser clinic.
Warning for women in Mississauga: I'm sitting at 221 Salon and Spa and was just treated with the UTMOST disrespect I have ever experienced at a salon. I was also told to go to an 'Asian' place if I didn't like it - this woman is a European woman with a heavy accent and short purple hair. She told me she didn't want my business and to contact Groupon for a refund! My crime - I asked when I'd be seen because they are running late. Absolutely disgusting - horrific service! Shame on you 221 Salon!
Technicians were extremely nice, however, the owner displayed a very unfriendly attitude towards me. While there I witnessed two different incidences stemming from the owner's mismanagement which made me very uncomfortable.
I been in this salon several times and I love it!!the staff are friendly,place is extremely clean,service is amazing,you will have a great experience,I get my laser package there and couple times manicure,pedicure,massage and also Hydro facial, so try it out you will not regret! I do really recomand it
I would never come back to this place, it is totally ruined by the owner, she has no class and is the most unprofessional person I have ever met in this field of work. I am surprised she still has the business because of how rude she is. I called her to book an appt From a groupon coupon I ordered and when I made the phone call to her she yelled the entire phone call and was extremely unprofessional. The deals are great but not worth the negative treatment that you would receive when going there.
Friend of mine referred me to this salon. Loved the service and how neat and organized everything is. The staff is very friendly and professional.The owner is very honest and the deals are amazing, but most importantly i was amazed with results. Definitely getting more services.Would recommend it to anyone who is looking for effective laser treatments.
This is THE worst place to get any service. I have paid for several laser services, the owner is EXTREMELY rude and has absolutely no sense of professionalism. I also paid for a set of hydra facials which were also horrible.

Hi Richa, You have been a customer with 221 Degrees Salon & Spa since 2014. After reviewing your appointment history there are great inconsistencies. You have cancelled many appointment last minutes knowing that you are in violation of our 48hr cancelation policy. Since 2014 you have upgraded your laser treatments many times which would indicate that you are satisfied with your results and service. You last purchased hydra facials which are 60min treatments. You were 20min late therefore; the aesthetician was not able to complete the full treatment. After your treatment you decided to express your dissatisfaction with the aesthetician in main lobby in-front of other customers commenting “That was the worst facial” and that it should have been 60min. We explained to you again that because you were 20min late your treatment cut short. Please note you were also given a complementary hydra facial treatment.
Owner is extremely unpleasant..Blatantly discussed my private info in front of all customers to hear.Employees talk about clients to one another&I've heard them complain about how badly they can't stand servicing clients that sessions take too long. My file has been "lost"3 times already,resulting in a delay of my session,& at one point the manager even asked ME where my file could be.Excuse me do I work here?I am absolutely astonished@how this business continues to run w.this horrible service.
The worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life!
I went to this place for the first time & got a shellac mani & regular spa pedi and had an incredible time. The workers are so polite & the owner is very welcoming, which is important for first time costumers. The lady that did my nail was so nice & kept a conversation going not like most nail salons that just do your nails & don't speak a word. The biggest thing that impressed me was the cleanliness of the salon. You see all the tools being removed from a sanitary container & the workers constantly spoke about the importance of cleaning tools each time. I would highly recommend this place.

I cannot think of any positives but can think of many negatives. I bought a package of treatments through one of the discount dealers and what a mistake. I have been there a half a dozen times already and at first I thought it was a one time incident but the bad experiences is a regular occurrence. My migraine starts a week before each appointment: difficult owner in all respects imaginable (the worst being the yelling at both customers and employees), long waits before and during treatments (was left on massage table for 30 minutes while employee tended to another customer), tense employees (owing to difficult owner), minimal to no results in laser hair removal etc. I don't have enough space here to list all negative attributes. Do yourself a favour and do not buy a package of any kind here since this business cannot stay in business. Buy a day service only if you need to increase your blood pressure!
