I just bought a new spin bike from this store...and it was not cheap. The seat does not adjust like it is supposed to and they will not service the bike without me taking apart the bike and having to take the bike back to the store. They sell a faulty product and they don't want to take any responsibility over what they sell. I told them if I had to go through the hassle of getting it back to the store, I would just return it. They respond by telling me there will be a 30% restocking fee.
