This is on of the only McDonalds that sell milkshakes and their ice cream machine doesn't break every 5 minutes(wonderland road McDonalds) i think they will stay in business for a really long time because they have really good food that makes your mouth water while your waiting for it which is only about 3 minutes.
At the drive thru, I confirmed my order with the McDonalds employee and drove 20 minutes to get home. After getting home and realizing the order is wrong, I left half the order home and took back the rest. Drove 20 minutes back and returned the order. Drove home hungry. I was calm and explained that I understand mistakes happen but I was told that I can have partial refund and no replacement of my order. Thanks McDonalds for not taking care of a customer after 34 years of my patronage. I have eaten there at least 10 times a month for 34 years and this is how they treat me. The manager looked very annoyed at my complaint and in no way was I rude. Unfortunately, every McDonalds in London is corporate. I do not think they would care if they lost my business.
