Worst walk-in clinic ever!
I gave them a call to make sure that they offer the service that I wanted, and she said yes we do. I went to the clinic, stayed an hour and a half in the waiting room to be told that the doc would refer me to a specialist as she was "afraid of any complications that might happen". I waited another half an hour for the doc to do the referal.
Three weeks later i called the clinic to discover that they have forgotten to send the referral !!
I'm not sure why all the negative reviews. This facility is very, very clean. Sure beats my family physician's office by a mile! I have used this facility 3x this year, and had good experiences all times. I did not have to wait long at all. All staff were pleasant and professional. I had an xray result come back that needed further investigation. I was called back into the office and was explained clearly. I would not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone.
Doctors are so rude. They treat you like an animal.
I’ve waited 40 mins o be seen. Male doctor was so rude, my whole exam took less then 2 minutes, then I kindly asked him to check my throat as well because it was sore but he told me to go somewhere else for VIP treatment and left the room. I was shocked. I understand it was a busy day but that doesn’t mean they need to treat us like an animal. I will make an official complaint about that doctor to the ministry of health. Please don’t ever go there.
