I had a terrible experience with install. The guys missed their original scheduled date, showed up a week later but 2 hours late, rushed the job because one of the installers was under house arrest. There were mistakes everywhere, had to call and send pictures of how awful they did. Office sent them back a week later, fixed a few things but refused to address all of the issues, started yelling & left. Was refunded $500 of the $2300 I paid for installation (materials were paid separately). Avoid
