We got our appetizers right away with no problem ... i was a impressed with the service because we had a supervisor severing us while training a new employee on his first day ... there weren't any problems with speed until we made it to the main course ... after a few minutes the supervisor came by and told us the pizza would be taking longer than expected so she would give us a free desert or a percentage off the bill ... we were too full for desert so we ended up getting 10 bucks off the bill which is great for me cuz it's getting expensive to eat out these days ... this is the second instance at a boston pizza that i have had this treatment when something has not gone to plan ... EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

Went in for lunch with a couple of co-workers and had to wait 10 minutes for the server to come and see us. We ordered and waited another 20 minutes, when on lunch you don't have this kind of time. But the worst part was when I told the server about my food being cold but I would eat it anyway, she said she would have the Manager stop by, which never happened. Then the bill took 10 more minutes after having to request it. What a disappointing outing!
We sat in the lounge..very relaxed and comfortable...the nachos were excellent and a good size for one person (too small to share) ..beer was cold. Service was pretty good too. We were surprised but will definitely return...

every experience here has been wonderful. I have never had any problems with the food or service. I always enjoy coming down for a meal while i watch so sports with my family. great environtment for both kids and adults. glad we finally have one in guelph.
Took my girlfriend here because she wanted spaghetti. Place looked nice and the spaghetti turned out to be really good. Service was good but the waitress showed little interest in serving us.
