very rushed...they can't wait to push you out to re-fill the seat...like cattle at the feeding trough...should be renamed to mamma mar-greasy!!!food is very cheap..try a real Italian restaurant if that is what you like.
This is a wonderful family place with a lot of heart. They are busy all the time. The food IS homemade and all ingredients are the best.It is not fine dining and that is fine as how many times can you spend hundreds on a meal?!!It is not oily and the veal IS VEAL!!This is one place I ALWAYS leave feeling GREAT!
Great family restaurant - good food good service great value for your dollar!
I arrived a bit late to dine with my in-laws, who had left me with a slice of each kind of pizza. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the place feels like Bucca di Beppo, a New Jersy sort of family joint. I could easily picture seeing Joe Pesci perform a mob hit in this place using the heel of his boot. But back to the experience. One of the waitresses was rude about removing stuff from our table in a serious hurry. I'm not extra sensitive about that stuff, but my in laws were from Argentina and THEY DON'T APPRECIATE BEING RUSHED!!!!! Also, it must have been "take your child to work day", because this chubby and might I add RUDE kid, was serving us starting at dessert onward. I'd say he was hostile.
Excellent food, as usual. Homemade spaghetti is fantastic & fresh. Never a disappointment eating here. Reasonable prices. Great family restaurant, or for a casual dinner. Lots of garlic in the food (it is Italian, afterall!)

Doggy bags are the rule at this Italian-loving Etobicoke staple. Here, all entrees are served with both a salad and a spaghetti side, and all pasta dishes come with bread. They needn’t have bothered, given the heaping servings of all the mains. Better still, the price is not reflective of the size of your dinner.
