Been a couple times already seem to be the only person who's car they don't offer to wash. You would think it's costing me money even with service plan they would take 5 min to run it through wash.
Not all car dealers are created equal. Thanks to Chris B. and Ken Knapp ford for making my first new vehicle such a great experience. From sales to service all staff have been fantastic. Again I can not say enough about how Chris took care of all my wants and needs and prices were very fair compared to others.
