Love this place very friendly all the staffs there talking to you make me fell like family even there customers around me .I'm away happy when I come to this place. Very cleans. A lot feel color to chooses. The pedicure is amazing and they can do whatever design you want. I would recommend this place to everyone's

Most Horrible experience i have EVER had

I was looking for a place that would do some different designs and wasnt badly priced. I looked online and crystal nails had all these rav reviews and readers choice awards. So i went with confidence. Not only was i there from 1-4 for a full set and pedi but i was constantly left sitting. Left sitting with one hand filed for 20 minutes, after waiting 15 min for someone to even start. someone else finally came and kept going. She didnt listen to anything iv said. Not the length, shape or anything. I found out a bit later she was the owner and she spent half her time babysitting her daughter and ignoring me. Example: owner: "How short would you like your nails?" me" oh id like them.." Owner: ignores me starts talking to 6 yr old daughter. She also did a horrible job. The gell nails are messy, uneven and improperly filed. my one hand looks completely different in shape to the other. the pain job was a mess, all over my cuticles and uneven. Not to mention i specifically asked for gel and she did bio gell ($15 difference) Then i was sat in a pedicure chair for 15 minutes waiting. a guy came over and i couldnt understand anything he said. he kept murmering with his head down. Which bugged me as he kept asking me if i wnated these SPECIAL things done which cost extra so i would ask him what he said and he would do them anyways. Finally i just kept saying no to everything. THEN i was told i was being charged $1 to cover the cost of the files they used. I understand they were doing for hygienic reasons but would material costs not be included in the price i pay? afterwards i was left to sit with my nails drying for over 20 minutes and no one checking on me. finally i had enough, took off the slippers and toe seperators paid, and left. I will NEVER go back.

Best manicure and pedicure in Burlington!

This is my second time at Crystals. My shellac always last over 3 weeks and my pedicures are very thorough. The salon is kept very clean. Great family run business. Crystals is my new favorite spot! Best nail salon in Burlington.
