When you enter the big store on Brant Street in the heart of downtown Burlington or visit their website, one thing quickly becomes clear about Brant Florist: they offer just about everything you could possibly think of when it comes to the selection, purchase and delivery of high-quality flowers.
High quality is the key, and co-owner Doyle Bolt is proud of his family’s tradition of offering nothing less. “We only buy the best,” he says. “You can get cheaper somewhere else but you won’t be happy with it.”

I live out of province so sent an arrangement to my Mom on her 99th birthday. Brant Flowers advertised Cotton Candy and that is what I ordered. I received a photo of the flowers and it had no resemblance to Cotton Candy. There were only a few flowers, little greenery, no babys breath, no bow. A truly disgusting, embarrassing arrangement. I would never order from Brant Florist again. I wasted my money and I felt so sad that my Mom got such an ugly arrangement on her special day.
Do NOT trust this florist! Absolutely mortified by the arrangement sent for sympathy. Terrible colour, shape, and not even close to the size on the site! Attached are photos of what was delivered and the website representation - slight difference or complete rip off? Photos attached are accurate in colour and the vase is small. BTW - Deluxe for $107!
I have used Brant Florist for 40 years and they are the best florist in my opinion. Always reliable and I have never been disappointed.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED - flowers were never delivered!! I placed an order to be delivered on Valentine's Day. There were no attempts to deliver on Feb 14, yet I received an email on Feb 15 stating that the flowers were delivered. When there was still no delivery by Feb 16, I inquired and was told that the delivery was attempted twice, however this was NOT the case. There were no attempts to deliver AT ALL as there was someone home at the address Feb 14, 15 and 16 and there NO phone calls either.
Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered with flower shops. Completely inappropriate . Based on the ratings I took a chance with Brant . 100% disappointed
