Absolute disgusting company! Worst customer service I ever encountered, they treat you like trash, like a transaction, come pay and leave and don’t bother us. I signed a contract and put a deposit for a specific price for hardwood, they contact me next day told me price went up and I have the pay the difference, I said that’s not fair, since I already signed for that price, they refused! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL GET ROBBED!

Worst Customer service! I ordered a floor and they delivered a completely different floor. When I came in to complain they said bring the floor in. When I did, they charged me a re-stocking fee which they only would wave if I ordered another floor from them. And if I did they would charge me another delivery fee again! I had to bring it in, I had to unload it onto a skid and on top I paid for it...horrible customer service. They take your money and Run!

Best place for your hardwood flooring

There flooring is good. Their customer service is terrible. I keep getting harassing phone calls from them saying I need to prove that I paid for hardwood that I purchased over 2 years ago. They said the store in London was poorly managed and they have asked many other customers to prove they have paid for it. Why is it the customers responsibility to spend time going back over old records?

Worst Store ever. No customer service. Make the money and run. Contractor back out, leave unfinished job and run away. How come such a store still existing? Below is the unfinished work they left. By doing this, they also threaten me to put a lien on my property. If you do not want this happen to you, stay away from this store.
