Lakeshore Hardwood Flooring

Stairwell and floors damaged by not sanding in the corners properly. Floor boards scratched as sanding was done across rather than with the grain of the wood. Pooling of finish as a result of uneven sanding and dripping finish. Sections alomg floor trim and on the floor missed with finish. Sawdust particles throughout finish as a result of poor cleaning before finishing. Minor improvements after a second attempt to correct issues.

Damaged my stairs when taking heavy equipment up. Had signed a letter saying he was responsible for the damage then later denied they had done it. Implied that I was lying and would not fix it. Put down high gloss finish when i asked for satin. Came back and refinished with satin but left a patch of glossy finish that I did not see until after he left. Owner was rude and nasty. Work done was mediocre at best.
