Called in afternoon to book reservation for 15, Get to Bayfield location in Barrie..sorry no reservation, imagine not writing down a reservation for 15 on Wednesday night! Place is freezing, most had to eat with jackets on. The food was cold, pay $23.00 for a dish to find it COLD. Service was so so but not staff fault, just slow kitchen. We took nearly 3 hrs there, two waiting for food! Sadly we go as a family about 8 times a year and it’s a whopping bill but No vote last nite.
Very Poor Service, arrived around 7pm and were seated quickly. ordered drinks and then ordered food. Waited 45 minutes while servers walked by without even glancing our way. We left. This is the third (and final) visit to this location. The last visit, we received some meals and others came much later. I usually summon the staff to correct issues but shouldn't have to so we just left (only ordered water so owed no money)
Boyfriend ordered a pizza and asked for no mushrooms and it came to the table with lots mushrooms on it. We asked for a new one and it came back "fixed" about 5 minutes later with still mushrooms in it. They just tried to pick them all out But missed some, I guess they thought that would be faster, they should take requests more seriously he is allergic to mushrooms!!!! We ended up getting no pizza

Like youd think an italian restaurant could pull of making pasta...not here. Also attrocious service, unlimited soup and bread salad whatever but u need to tackle the waiter to get it, s soooo loud in there also. Anyways just brutal
