Three attempts to get a quote, each time failed to be done in the time scale supplied. Then informed that the owner would call, waited 18 days and never heard again. Would rather they just said " Not interested" than mess around like this. Dont want them in the house if this is a reflection of customer service.
In our industry the time right before Christmas is a very, very busy time, and a request for a quote can get missed. After all we are human and we not perfect all the time. We have over 3,500 happy customers in 8 years and one (1) missed quote is hardly a reflection of our workmanship or our level of care for our customers projects. Sir, I am sorry we missed your quote request, my sales associate thought you were going to contact him back by email and he never did get a email back from you. Once again it was simply missed quote request and not any reflection of our company.
