I've only had great service and help with the experienced staff at Aviva! I love the wide selection of products and have never had a problem with Aviva services at all. Very helpful.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sell you a broken product and refuse to exchange or return it within 7 days because it was open , even if it's defective. Spend your money somewhere else!!
This comment does not accurately reflect our policies. We and our suppliers support the products we offer, we've always been happy to replace products if they are defective.
