Purchased a fridge, received it with damage. Left multiple voicemails within the 48hr window for warranty repair on a delivery. No staff returned my calls now I am past the 48hr window (no fault of my own,I tried to report it but no call back) and they are now saying they can’t replace the damaged piece because it’s past 48hrs. Then they passed me off to another store and told that store I refused the compenstion they offered me, but they NEVER OFFERED ME ANYTHING! Don’t give your money to liars

Called 30 times in one week after they sent me my deck package estimate....got nobody on the phone 50% of the time.... the other 50% the phone rang and rang... then it hanged up on me. The worst customer service I have had... you lost me forever Home Depot

We purchased flooring from this store, they told us that it would be in 3 weeks still not here it's been over a month now and the manager told us they would call us back after we spoke it's been almost a week no call back from anyone from the store.

In the flooring department a professional ladie,her name Eva was excellent providing us information,prices and sale of a new flooring.She was very professional,and her knowledge was very good.Congratulations/////
