Horrible service!...

Horrible service! When I make an appointment, I expect to have my nails done in a timely fashion. The staff at LC Nails is so greedy, they will not turn away any walk-ins, and they over-book their appointments. This causes the staff to stop my manicure several times to start or finish someone else. This last time, they didn't trim my cuticles (which is a standard part of any manicure).

Too much time on hands!

LC Nails is such a wonderful place. I have had nothing but amazing service and have made many wonderful friendships. Tina and her crew have something special going. They have taught me how to say a few things in their language (which is the coolest ever) how amazing to have so many wonderful different nationalities among us. They are very complimentary when someone looks a certain way and very direct and honest about it and I have always chosen to take this in a very positive way! I was just so surprised to see this negative report. When as customers, if we are unhappy with service we go directly to supplier and ask for assistance and if we are unhappy we don't go back! I have never written anything on here and chances are I never will again. But this was necessary! Everyday is a choice! Let's stay positive!

Great Experience!

I have visited LC Nails several times. Every time i've gone, it's been a great experience. Their work is exceptional not to mention the service... The fact that they speak a different language just makes it cooler! Everyone working there is nice, polite, and gives great service. I recommend this place to anyone :) Guaranteed Satisfaction!

Rude Staff and Poor Service

A relative and I made an appt with LC Nails for a special occasion. During our visit, my relative was criticized for the appearance of her nails, told that she would need a pedicure if her nails were this bad, and told several times that her eyebrows needed to be waxed. I was told that my choice of nail colour was too boring (even though I explained that my job had a policy for neutral colour) and told that my arms were too skinny and I needed to eat more. On several occasions, one of the estheticians rolled her eyes at my relative when she politely turned down the pedicure and waxing. She also spoke in another language to her co-worker, rolling her eyes and looking at my relative. My relative smiled the entire time and was always polite, as this was a very special occasion for her. Overall, the service was poor and seeing as the polish chipped the very next day (with no reason), I would not recommend this business.
