This is a terrible company to deal with. Save yourself the time and deal with another company who values your business and time. Over a month ago, someone from their company was here to measure my windows for replacement. Said they would be in touch to give me the price and set up a day. No one called. When I called them, after waiting almost 3 weeks, they didn't apologize....just said they were busy. I made an appointment anyway for ths morning BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP. So I called and they didn't even remember I had an appoinment and they didn't have my order in BUT NO ONE HAD CALLED. Sai hey would call me back and NO ONE DID. Wasted my entire day....and a month of my life since I have to start the process over again. I will deal wih a different company that values my business and my time. What terrible customer service. Don't know how they stay in business treating customers like that.
