I have lived for several years just a 5 minute walk from the Shelbourne Plaza store and have enjoyed just top notch ink service. The folk are considerate and helpful. I have been getting cartridges filled there for years, and have always been very satisfied. Just recently, in midst of Covid, I also bought a Canon printer. They were similarly careful and helpful. The printer is very good and was as cheap as Amazon.
