I did go here for a short while. BUT they are like every other salon I have been at RUDE, prejudiced..very unkind towards me! THIS was the last straw when the lady was doing my nails..pulling and tugging. Looking very annoyed at doing my nails.NEVER go back..i left crying..the guy was nice but she sure wasnt!!!
I think I am done with this place. It used to be ok but the staff gets ruder every time. Have spent a fair bit of money here. I tip well and dont ask for anything special. Yesterday the woman was so rude and rough. Enough. Jenny if you still own this shop you need to to deal with your staff.
Seriously the worst Manicure and Pedicure we have ever had. We will never be going back to this place. The staff was rude, the quality is terrible and my nails are peeling only two days after getting expensive gel polish. Good thing we work in the service industry so that we can warn other people before they waste their money.

I've gotten my nails done all over Victoria- and this is the worst that I've been to. Unhygienic, incredibly rude staff, terrible quality nails, and the nail technicians make up prices.
Went with a friend and got gel nails done earlier today. It is definitely the worst manicure I have ever received. Not only did the manicurist repeatedly laugh at the color I picked and at the fact that I wanted rounded tips (which she kept trying to talk me out of), she applied the gel way too thick so the baking process was extremely painful. The nails themselves are five or six times thicker than they should be and extremely bumpy and jagged, plus she dripped gel under my nails. Do not go.

Been coming here for over a year now and it is hands down the best salon I've ever been to. Very friendly and talented staff and always SOOOOO clean. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends and everyone has just loved it. Keep up the good work :)

Paid 50$ for French acrylic. Fell off in 3 days. Would not refund so got them fixed. Nails turned yellow next day. Went to get them removed and tried to charge me for them.
They use CONTAMINATED equipment that is never sanitized. (Reuse dirty files for different customers) You are at risk for nail fungus coming here. Do not. Very rude employees.
Worst place ever! Came in the guy did my nails missed both sides of every nail, it looked like a top hat. I asked him to fix my nails while getting them done. He never said one word to me but grunting. At the end I showed him what I was talking about and he just filed my nails on the side (which were showing) back and painted the sides. After all the fuss my nails on the sides were still showing a couple employees came over and said we can pop them all off and you can leave. I asked for a discount and they were not willing until I was leaving and I asked if I can come for a free fill later so they're no longer a top hat and she said no. I gave her my gift card (Christmas gift) and she told me to NEVER COME BACK! Worst experience ever don't ever go there. No customer service what's so ever! (Doesn't even deserve the 1 star)
I went with my mom and daughter for some pampering. We loved the butterfly chair my daughter sat in but the staff wasn't that kid friendly and her mani/pedi polish came off before the end of the day, just peeled off. My mom and mine manicure and gel nails look great but my daughter wasn't happy about her first nail salon experience. Next time we are in Victoria we will not be going back.
Messed up simple nail art and after telling them it was wrong they all scoffed at me and told me it was right. 3 of us got the gel polish and not a week later all of our nails started chipping and peeling after they guaranteed it to last 3-5 weeks. Got our money back but it wasn't easy, apparently no one that works there knows the managers name or number. I will never go back there, I have never seen such horrible customers service in my life.
They are just a great bunch of people and do wonderful work. They are one of the best places i have been to. Been to other salons and no one has beat them. They are the best and their prices are reasonable.
